Your caregiver/therapist will get an email invitation with the details to access the web portal.

Your adult child will get an email invitation with the details to access the mobile app.
After you login to your account select the name of your user in the drop down menu located at the top of the dashboard, click on View Task or Add Task. Click here to watch a tutorial
For viewing your task and schedule select My Day in your user dashboard.
To add a task select the + sign in the upper right hand corner and start adding your tasks.
Login to NFlyte’s mobile application and click on the Cookbook icon located in the dashboard, click on the + sign on the upper right hand corner and proceed to enter all the details of your recipe.
From the Mobile App: If you created them on the app, go to the dashboard and select the three horizontal lines on the upper left hand corner and select “My Recipes” and edit from there.
From the Web-Portal: If you created them from the parent portal, go to Cookbook and it will give you the option to edit the recipes that you created.
Yes and no. The mobile app user needs to be invited to join NFlyte by a parent/admin who adds them as a user through the web portal. However, once logged in, the mobile user can use all of the features of NFlyte.
No, only people who are associated with your account can message.
Right, this is something that we will be improving. For now, as long as the photo is under 5MB in size, it has been added and your mobile app user can see it on their side.
Yes! And you don’t need to worry that your child will be logged out or miss their task reminders. However, NFlyte is designed so that the mobile user gets reminders even if they are logged out of the account. We don’t want to them to miss important tasks. So, if you don’t want to get all of those reminders, you will need to turn off reminders for NFlyte on your phone.
Check to make sure that you are on the correct date by going to My Day and select the calendar icon in the upper right. NFlyte will not let you complete future tasks. This function helps you to make sure you are looking at the current day’s schedule.
The easiest option is to get their password, login as them and then change that password so that they can no longer access the account. Then you can just use that login for someone else by going into your account and then Admin Profiles and editing the personal information.

With your parent account you can add up to 3 additional users which may include autistic adults, family members, caregivers and/or therapists. For example, 1 Parent (you), 2 adult children and 1 therapist.
